This is a sad, sad post for me, but here it is anyway. So, in the end of July, it was time for Jared and I to end a great chapter of our lives and say goodbye to LA and all our fantastic friends and family there. We were so lucky to have made such great friends these past 3 years, who'll be sorely missed (and already are very missed!). Here are some pictures of our last few moments before we finished packing up and said goodbye:

Thanks to all the helpers as we played tetris fitting ALL of our stuff into this single shipping pod. Pretty nifty and strategic stuffing if I do say so myself!
These were the remaining items that we didn't have room for in the end. We posted an add on Craigslist under free stuff, and all of it was gone within a couple hours.
Here's us with Kevin (Jared's brother). I don't think we could've finished on time without all his help. Thanks, Kevin!!!
