More Backtracking: Farm Visit (in October)

Okay, so I thought I posted this a LONG time ago, but realized I never did.  Oops!  That's what the holidays will do to you. Anyhoo, here it is:

We went to a local farm in late October with our friends, the Ransoms, and had a blast!  There was a corn maze, a hay maze (just Alia's size) a pipe slide, a hay ride, a corn crib, and more.  Plus we got to pick our very own pumpkins from the pumpkin patch.  This was a great day, and Alia really enjoyed the whole adventure.  Then, we finished off our day with a yummy packed lunch (tomato and mozzerella sandwiches-yum!).  Here's more than enough pictures from our day at the farm.

The Hay Maze.  Alia loved this!

The Corn Crib.  It was seriously like the coolest sandbox filled with dried corn.  Probably just as disgusting to go into, but soooo much more fun!

Here's Alia picking cotton, "milking" a cow, and feeding the goats.

Pumpkins! -at the Pumpkin Patch-
(LOVE the last shot of Alia trying to pick up her pumpkin)

What a fun farm adventure we had.  We'll definitely have to do this one again!
