Utah Visit and Grandpa Ashworth's 80th Birthday!

In June we flew out to Utah to visit Jared's family and to celebrate Papa Pete's 80th Birthday.  Six of the seven siblings were able to make it, plus all the grandkids/spouses that went with them.  Plus, all of Jared's Dad's living siblings were able to make it up for the big celebration.

It was so much fun for Alia to be able to see/play with all of her Ashworth cousins.  She was spoiled nearly rotten by all the attention she got.  And with the always delicious food, fun games, and great  company, we had such a fun trip.  Here's some pictures from our visit to Utah:

Grandpa Ashworth with all his grandkids.
And I love this pic of Alia with her grandpa in matching outfits.
Playing with the Allred girls.
Aunt Emily is so much fun!
Alia and Uncle Nathan had lots of fun playing in the yard.
And listening to some tunes with Aunt Juju.
The 2 cousins, Alia and James, only a few months apart in age, but could practically be twins!
We also visited Mama Kate's grave.
And everyone helped to tie a quilt Emily made out of her old pjs.
For Grandpa's Birthday, he wanted to go hiking up in Provo Canyon.  This was lots of fun and quite the adventure with all the little ones.

Jessica made Grandpa's birthday cake.  It was a crossword puzzle, perfect for Grandpa!

We also visited our good friends, the Hendersons for a bit.  Alia LOVED playing in their HUGE backyard.

Thanks, Ashworths, for a great visit!  Can't wait to see you all again soon!

Looks fun! Please tell me you weren't there in July at all or I might cry that I missed you.
