So for Thanksgiving this year, we went to Las Vegas to visit my brother, Josh and his family. Alia is already becoming quite the traveler, and lucky for us, she's a great flyer (so far...knock on wood...). We had quite the housefull. My parents and Rachel, Julia and Kyle, and Brielle (representing the Stosich clan), and of course us and Josh's fam all made it in. Plus we had visits from Annie's (Josh's wife) parents and her brother and his fiance. We all came to share good food, good fun, and especially to see/participate in the blessing of little baby Ammon Rockwell Ostler (the newest addition to the family).
We had so much fun visiting, playing games (including some awesome Ostler Pinochle), enjoying the wonderful weather playing at the park, a little shopping, and eating poor Josh and Annie out of house and home. It was particularly fun for Alia to play with cousins and meet a lot of family. It's hard to be so far away, but it's always so nice, and a bit crazy when we all can get together. :)

| Grandma with the 2 newest grandchildren, Ammon and Alia. Oh, and a couple crazy guys...Daddy and Uncle Kyle. |
| Aunt Rachel and her favorite niece. :) |
| Alia loved the grass, but all she wanted to do was eat it! |
| Claire didn't know quite what to think of Alia, but Aloria seemed to love playing with her...already a little mother. |
| Some of the fantastic Thanksgiving spread. PS-they brined the turkey and it was FANTASTIC! Oh, and Jared made 2 wonderful cranberry sauces all by himself...I'm so proud! |
| Alia was in heaven, getting to try a bunch of things for the first time and enjoying the wonderful mesh of flavors that is Thanksgiving dinner. |
| First turkey, and my little carnivore couldn't get enough. |
| Claire in all her Thanksgiving glory. |
| Burning off some of the holiday calories was easy for Alia with a bunch of cousins to rough house with! |
| ...And of course Grandpa! |
| For some reason, this was Alia's favorite spot. She'd sit in this little container, hold the paper plate (for a steering wheel), and they would pull her around. She LOVED it! |
| Brielle was great with all the kids. They loved playing with her. |
| Grandma lounging with the kids. |
| Claire in the big blow-up ball. |
| And of course Jared in it as well. |
| We had so much fun having competitions to see who could roll down the hill the fastest...I won, narrowly beating Aloria in the Finals. :) |
| And the boys had bobble head fights.... ??? |
| Our finished gingerbread house. |
| The kids writing a letter to Santa. |
| Our little family |
| And the whole crew in our Sunday best. |
Love ya, Ostlers!!! :)
